It's has been a year and three months since the Ivorian legend Dj Arafat passed away in a terrible road accident in Abidjan. Here are some of the things that might interest you to know about this legend.
Dj Arafat real name is Ange Didier Houon, aka Dj Arafat, Arafat Muana and other various stage names he normally call himself in his music he was born 26 January 1986 Youpogon cotê d'Ivoire.
He was an Ivorian DJ and singer who whose genres or pattern of music was in Coupé-Décalé dance music style.
He started doing music at a very young age (teenage) in the early 2000s. He released his major hit song Jonathan in 2004 which captures then and till now the heart of many dance lovers. Other hits includes 202, Dosabado, Kpangor, Zoropoto and Enfant Beni.
Dj Arafat died 12 August 2019 in a motorcycle accident in Abidjan and was buried on 31st August in Williamsville cemetery in Abidjan cotê d'Ivoire
Before his death DJ Arafat has four children namely Mael Houon, Ezekiel Houon, Owen Houon, Lechoina Houon.
