Ever seen a movie you later regretted watching partly because of the hype on the web? Here are carefully selected movies that will certainly blow your mind and you won't regret watching.

1. Gone Girl (2014)


This movie is a perfect depiction of the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"

Staring Rosamund Pike as Amy Dunne and Ben Affleck as Nick Dunne, an unfaithful husband who had been cheating on the wife with a much younger woman. He becomes a prime suspect after his wife goes missing

This Dramatic mystery shows the length a psychopath can go just to prove a point.


2. Schindler's list (1993) 

A War Drama, Based on a true life story, shows Oskar Schindler (Liam Nelson) a German business man/industrialist who is a member of the Nazi party. He does all he can to save the Jew employee's whose lives are in great danger. 


3. Miracle In Cell no.7 (2019)

This Movie tells a story of Six year old girl and a mentally ill father who's falsely accused of the murder of a young girl about the same age as his daughter. He is sentenced to prison and was to be executed. This movie shows love,sacrifice and is meant to stir up emotions.


4. The Blind Side (2009)

This movie which is also based on a true life story. Shows Michael (Quinton Aaron) a homeless African American who is adopted by the Tuohys who help him  overcome his learning difficulties and assist him to become a successful athlete. This movie shows that love knows no color. This one is definitely going to make racists cringe.


5. The Shawshank redemption (1997)

Andy Dufresne(Tim Robbins) a successful banker is arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment at the Shawshank prison for the muder of his wife and her lover. He goes on to become the most unusual inmate the prison had ever had as his presence changes a lot in the prison. Things take quite a dramatic turn when a new inmate whose testimony could change his fate and acquit him of the murder charges is killed.


6. Orphan 2009

This movie is very underrated due to low publicity.

This psychological horror shows a woman (Vera Farmiga) who recently lost her baby, adopt a nine year old, who has a troubled and mysterious past. The little girl isn't who they think she is. The family will never remain the same afterwards.


7. Knives out (2019)

This murder mystery Starts with the demise of a renowned writter who dies from an apparent suicide . things take a dramatic turn when the contents of his Will is revealed.


8. Man on Fire(2004)

Denzel Washington stars in this action thriller based on a true life story. A bodyguard (Creasy) hired to protect a young girl (Pita) becomes attached to her and vows to kill anyone who ever benefited from her kidnapping.


9. Limitless(2011) 

This action thriller shows Eddie (Bradley Cooper), a writer who is having a writter's block and has a deadline to beat, he decides to try a new drug that enhances the mind. He soon gets in trouble when his rise to success attracts some pretty bad guys.


10. Gifted (2017)

This movie shows Mary, a six year old genius who lives with her uncle, a former professor who repairs boats for a living. Things change for Mary when her grandmother who until now wasn't aware of Mary's abilities finds out from her school principal and decides to fight with her own son over Mary's custody.
